Facilitated Planning Sessions

Facilitated Planning Sessions (FPS) are supported by a small dynamic team and attended by individuals within an organization who have “skin in the game.” Sessions are designed with the end in mind and supported with assignments and research custom developed in advance of the session. The event designs are flexible in nature so that they may be adjusted as the session goes on. FPS are used to facilitate team communication to create strategy and plans, develop business models, and identify performance solutions. In the process, you are harnessing the power of community, the power of common ground. Documentation of the entire session is provided as a Web site on CD and used for reference and as a knowledge base.
