About Jill Milkovich

Jill has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, management, strategic planning and training – working with small companies to billion dollar corporations.  Her background includes 16 years as the administrative director of a multi-state law firm. In addition to managing all aspects of the non-legal operations of the 200+ office network, she supervised the co-authoring of a book with Reader’s Digest (which continues to be their best-selling family legal guide) and oversaw the development of practical legal software programming for home use. She is a veteran producer of commercials, corporate communications and training programs.

For the past eight years Jill has worked as an independent contractor, trainer, instructional designer, technology consultant, and event designer through her company, Metatron New Media.  Her clients include Microsoft, Eaton Corporation, Cigna Health Care, Intellinex (E&Y’s eLearning Venture), Cuyahoga Community College, Corporate College, Cleveland City Schools, Hudson Schools/Hudson Community Education, SegaSoft and MellonUSLeasing.

Jill’s credentials include:

Jill Milkovich/Metatron New Media has been granted the rights and permissions to use the new 2003 Instructor Competencies created by ibstpi (International Board of Standards for Training Performance and Instruction www.ibstpi.org ) to use in developing her train-the-trainer program.

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he'll eat as long as there are fish in the pool. But design a training program that helps him learn how to stock and manage his pool, and there is no telling how far he might go.
